Haukiluomassa on kaksi eri kerhoa. Ilmoittautuminen "tästä", kerhohinnaston löydät ”tästä”

Ilmoittautuminen kesäkuun kerhoon päättyy 17.5.2026

Yritys ei ole velvollinen vakuuttamaan asiakkaitaan, joten huolehdi lapsellesi voimassa oleva tapaturma- vakuutus (tai muu vakuutus joka kattaa kerhotoimminnan)!

5-7 vuotiaat klo 9-12

8-12 vuotiaat 12:30-15:30

Mahdollisuus myös varata molemmat kerhot eli 9-15:30 ajalle.

Kerhotoiminta alkaa kun molemmissa kerhoissa on vähintään 5 osallistujaa koko kesäkuulle ja sama koskee myös heinäkuuta.
Ilmoitan jos kerhot ei saavuta riittävää osallistujamäärää. 

Vanhemmille/ huoltajille tiedoksi (ilmoittautumisen jälkeen odota rauhassa, saat ohjeet kerhoon sähköpostitse viimeistään 1viikko ennen kerhon aloitusta)

•varaa paikka linkin kautta, ilmoittautuminen on sitova 

•varatun paikan/paikkojen peruuttaminen ilman lisäkuluja tapahtuu 2viikkoa ennen toiminnan alkua, muutoin peritään puolet varatusta kerhomaksusta.
 

• jos osallistuja sairastuu, ilmoita siitä viestillä, poissaolot huomiodaan kerhomaksussa osallistuja kohtaisesti

•laskun saa tarvittaessa usemmassa maksuerässä

•kerhomaksu tulee laskun muodossa antamaanne sähköposti osoitteeseen, vaihtoehtona on maksaa kerhomaksu myös kortilla

•kerhoon tullessa aamusta voi tulla aikaisintaan 8:50 ja haku viimeistään 12:10

•kerhoon tullessa iltapäivästä voi tulla aikaisintaan 12:20 ja haku viimeistään 15:40

•jos tulee koko kerhopäiväksi niin tuonti aikaisintaan 8:50 ja haku viimeistään 15:40

The company is not obliged to insure its customers, so make sure your child has valid accident insurance (or other insurance that covers club activities)!

5-7 years old 9-12

8-12 years old 12:30-15:30

It is also possible to book both clubs, i.e. 9-15:30.

Club activities start when both clubs have at least 5 participants for the whole of June and the same applies to July.

I will inform you if the clubs do not reach a sufficient number of participants.

For parents/guardians (after registering, please wait patiently, you will receive instructions for the club by email no later than 1 week before the start of the club)

•book a place via the link, registration is binding

•cancellation of the reserved place/places without additional costs takes place 2 weeks before the start of the activity, otherwise half of the reserved club fee will be charged.

• if a participant becomes ill, please notify us by message, absences will be taken into account in the club fee for each participant

•if necessary, the invoice will be sent in several installments

•the club fee will be sent in the form of an invoice to the email address you provided, alternatively you can also pay the club fee by card

•when coming to the club in the morning, you can arrive at the earliest at 8:50 and pick up at the latest at 12:10

•when coming to the club in the afternoon, you can arrive at the earliest at 12:20 and pick up at the latest at 15:40

•if you come for the whole club day, then bring in at the earliest at 8:50 and pick up at the latest at 15:40
